Exhibitor Information

The Exhibit Hall serves as the heart of this meeting, hosting key activities such as the opening reception, the SIG lounge, and all refreshment breaks. With most attendees visiting exhibitors at least once per day, it remains the most highly frequented feature of the event.

To secure your space, please use the reservation link below. Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Registration Policy

All attendees are required to wear a name badge at all times. Details regarding exhibitor badge distribution will be provided to exhibitors as the meeting approaches.

Exhibitors and exhibit staff who are presenting in any capacity must register separately as regular attendees. Additionally, participation in a workshop requires separate registration and payment of the associated workshop fee, even for individuals from the sponsoring organization.

All attendees, including exhibitors and workshop participants, are expected to adhere to the event's Code of Conduct at all times.

Move In/Move Out

Move-in is expected to begin on Friday, July 18th, and move-out will commence after the final poster session on Monday, July 21st. However, these details are still being finalized. Exhibitors will receive the confirmed dates closer to the meeting.
