Early-Career Scientists: Workshops, Networking & More

The American Crystallographic Association's (ACA) 75th Annual Meeting, scheduled for July 18–23, 2025, at The Westin Chicago Lombard in Illinois, offers a variety of events tailored for students and early-career scientists. The conference will commence with a full day of hands-on workshops, providing practical experience in crystallographic techniques. Throughout the meeting, attendees can participate in poster sessions, which serve as platforms for presenting research and networking with peers and experts in the field. Notably, the Young Scientist Interest Group (YSIG) Mixer is designed to foster connections among emerging scientists. Additionally, the ACA offers programs such as the ACA Summer School and the Early Career Scientist Spotlight, which aim to support the professional development of early-career researchers.
